How to submit preliminary work

The principal preliminary work is recommended as a PDF of no more than 30 pages. Up to three files may be submitted, each no larger than 80MB. Supplementary video may be MP4 or MOV and no longer than three minutes. Upload takes place in the official portal, and required content differs by track.

MAKE IT REVIEWABLE
Make the work easy to review
File limits are only a baseline. A clear problem, process and outcome help jurors understand the work efficiently.
Show the original process
Include evidence of how the student thought, tested and revised, while following the originality and AI rules of the selected track.
Protect reading quality
Check text, image orientation, clarity and page order. Compress reasonably without making important information unreadable.
Reopen every final file
Open PDFs, images and videos on the final device to confirm that nothing is damaged, missing or from the wrong version, then check file size.

TRACK 01
Fashion Design
Submit one complete proposal with inspiration, theme concept, design sketches, renderings and any other material needed to communicate the design logic.

Submit a set of three fashion-themed illustrations with creative notes, inspiration, character or styling settings, or a narrative connecting the series.

Submit an original character concept with inspiration, backstory, profile, styling drafts, and a dynamic or application-scenario presentation or related notes. Preliminary animation is optional.

Check before upload
Use an independent final check to reduce version errors and missed rules. Do not leave compression or large-file upload until the deadline.
Track content is complete
Match every track requirement and do not use generic PDF limits as a substitute for the content that the track must show.
AI boundary is respected
The three established tracks prohibit AI. Digital-character entries must disclose the tool, stage and scope of any AI assistance.
Technical files pass
Check page count, file count, size, video format and duration against live rules, and confirm that every file opens.
Portal status is confirmed
Complete the upload before the deadline and use the final status shown in the portal to determine whether submission succeeded.
