MAKE IT REVIEWABLE

Make the work easy to review

File limits are only a baseline. A clear problem, process and outcome help jurors understand the work efficiently.

01

Move from research to proposal

Organise inspiration and research, concept development, sketches or experiments, and the final outcome. Avoid presenting finished images without context.

02

Show the original process

Include evidence of how the student thought, tested and revised, while following the originality and AI rules of the selected track.

03

Protect reading quality

Check text, image orientation, clarity and page order. Compress reasonably without making important information unreadable.

04

Reopen every final file

Open PDFs, images and videos on the final device to confirm that nothing is damaged, missing or from the wrong version, then check file size.

TRACK REQUIREMENTS

What each track requires

This is a preliminary content guide. Open the track page and official charter for complete requirements, final-round materials and fees.

FINAL CHECK

Check before upload

Use an independent final check to reduce version errors and missed rules. Do not leave compression or large-file upload until the deadline.

CHECK 01

Track content is complete

Match every track requirement and do not use generic PDF limits as a substitute for the content that the track must show.

CHECK 02

AI boundary is respected

The three established tracks prohibit AI. Digital-character entries must disclose the tool, stage and scope of any AI assistance.

CHECK 03

Technical files pass

Check page count, file count, size, video format and duration against live rules, and confirm that every file opens.

CHECK 04

Portal status is confirmed

Complete the upload before the deadline and use the final status shown in the portal to determine whether submission succeeded.

OFFICIAL SOURCES

Source and scope

This page is a preliminary file and content guide. Live upload fields, validation, track specifications and Organising Committee notices in the official charter and registration portal take precedence.

OFFICIAL Q&A

Submission questions

01How many pages may the preliminary PDF contain?

A principal PDF of no more than 30 pages is recommended. Required content differs by track, so the track page and official charter remain authoritative.

02How many files may I upload and how large can each be?

The common guide allows up to three files, each no larger than 80MB. Live portal validation and the official charter take precedence during upload.

03Which supplementary video formats and duration are accepted?

Supplementary video may be MP4 or MOV and no longer than three minutes. It is not compulsory for every preliminary track, and preliminary animation is optional in the digital-character track.

04Can all four tracks use the same submission materials?

No. Fashion Design, Fashion Illustration, Fashion Accessories, and Digital Character & Virtual Fashion Design require different creative outcomes and process evidence.

05Where do I upload work? Can the official website accept it?

Upload work at https://register.globaldesignhub.cn/. The official website provides public guidance but does not receive entries or replace the portal.
